Our mandate is to work with external companies and organizations, artist collectives and individual artists to provide a versatile and affordable venue for your exhibitions or other events.

We are in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough, in the Chabanel district. By public transport, our spaces are a few minutes walk from Sauvé metro on the orange line. Close to bus line 55 and 19
The Gallery
The Gallery space is located at 53 Rue de Louvain O. The space is on the ground floor and faces the street.

* Exhibition space only, does not include bar or adjacent storage room. Pivoting walls can be open to partition the space at will.
The Annex
The Annex is located at 55 Rue de Louvain O. on the 4th floor, suite 480. Our Office and Lab are adjacent.

Accessibility
Our Gallery space is on the ground floor and it is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
However, the toilets are separated from our space by a series of steps. An exterior ramp access is available. Office and Annex are on the 4th floor and will be accessible only via this ramp and an additional elevator ride. We apologize for this inconvenience.

PAYMENT METHODS
​
For all rentals, we ask for 50% of the total amount when signing the contract. A deposit will also be required at the time of signing the contract. This amount is returned to you in full after your rental, provided that no equipment or deterioration of the space is noted.
The remaining amount (2nd payment) must be paid, at the latest, one week before the beginning of the rental period.
OTHER

With any equipment rental, we will automatically add to your quote the services of an Eastern Bloc technician to assist you in the installation and use of the equipment in question.

Our Facilities are equipped with an alarm system.

The building is equipped with a loading dock and a freight elevator.
